Cocktail Smoker Instructions
Place smoker on top of your cocktail filled glass. Be sure to have at least 1 inch between liquid and bottom of smoker. For added flavor enhancement when drinking Brandy or Whiskey heat the glass with warm water before serving. The heat will open up the molecules in the liquor and release the aromas in the drink.
Fill the smoking chamber with the desired wood chips of your choice. Burn the chips with a Butane torch for 30-40 seconds several times until smoke starts to appear in glass.
Replace the lid and let the drink sit for several minutes before drinking. The longer it sits the more the smoke will infuse. Cheers!
